I had seen recently a cute tattoo online with skull cherries so I decided to do a spin off with my own version of them, this piece turned out so much cuter than I thought it would, pictures don't do it justice really :)
This would make a great gift for a rocker chick, goth/punk style, goes great with a leather jacket or tank top and jeans.
The skulls/cherries are hand sculpted, no molds used so they will vary very slightly in size from each other. They are very detailed, with hollowed eyes and protruding jaw. I then added black washes of paint to bring depth and character. A gloss was then put to protect them and give that shiny cherry look to them :)
The skulls measure 1/2'' across and top to bottom.
The stems are made from metal which I hand wrapped with a green wire for extra sturdiness to this piece.
Secured to the top of the stem are two hand sculpted shiny cherry leaves with grooved in detailing for added texture.
The cherries are set in the middle of a 18'' cable style, silver plated chain with a spring ring closure.
Along the chain are genuine Swarovski crystals, two smaller ones in jet black and in the middle of them a larger ruby red colored one to complement this piece.
This item comes in a pretty gift box and is bubble wrapped for extra precaution.
